Vasile Stratu

The Arhistrat-deco office was established in 2007 by the architect Vasile Stratu, licensed in the architecture of civil and industrial constructions in the Republic of Moldova, Chisinau.

Arhistrat-deco keeps pace with modern architecture in the world and currently has a range of projects with various functions, from single-family houses to large projects of multifunctional complexes, hotels, office or industrial buildings, including studios and competition works. The design is carried out by architects, whose professionalism has been appreciated at the level of various national and international competitions and exhibitions.

The purpose of the activity is to promote innovative ideas related to the appearance of the building, its functionality and of course the use of high quality materials and modern technologies. Each project is distinguished by originality, uniqueness and always exceeds expectations through a smart architecture. A project is unique, and often aims to solve a problem, innovate or change a way of working or a method.

The success of a project depends on the quality of its idea, but also on the skills of the project team, which we promote. Thus, we obtain an essential contribution to the success of the project, compared to an agent outside the project, we know much better to what extent certain actions are feasible and what resources are needed to achieve certain objectives. Our activity is constantly aimed at improving the quality of architecture, finding new forms of expression and mastering new technologies.
