SHORT DESCRIPTION ABOUT THE OFFICE
We are Reflex Architecture, an architecture and interior design office specializing primarily in residential projects, including single-family home architecture and interior design for apartments and houses. Our projects are distinguished by a contemporary, contextual, and user-oriented approach, where spatial functionality is treated with the same rigor as aesthetic coherence. Our architectural approach involves a careful analysis of the client’s needs, followed by the development of personalized solutions that integrate natural materials, a balanced color palette, and a seamless connection between interior and exterior spaces. Each project is undertaken with a clear focus on detail, proportion, and volumetric clarity, showcasing a mature and responsible practice rooted in the values of high-quality contemporary architecture.

Project #1: House CB

Our project, located in the Avalon complex in northern Bucharest, is characterized by its contemporary design and seamless integration into the natural surroundings, including green spaces and a nearby lake. Created for a family of four, the residence reflects their artistic and bohemian personality, offering a warm, welcoming atmosphere enhanced by natural materials and a neutral, bright color palette. The design strikes a balance between functionality and aesthetics, with influences from minimalist and Japandi styles. Thoughtful elements such as a solid wood dining table and a Curiosity-style library celebrate the family’s love for art and beauty. Large glazed surfaces bring in natural light and establish a direct connection to the garden, highlighting the homeowners’ favorite artworks. The ground floor is designed for daily family activities, featuring a contemporary kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a minimalist living room with access to the garden. Upstairs, the children’s room combines playful energy with functional design, while the master suite, inspired by Japanese aesthetics, provides a serene retreat. The closed loggia overlooking the garden serves as a peaceful space for relaxation and reflection. This residence is a harmonious blend of artistic elegance, thoughtful craftsmanship, and practical comfort, creating a space that reflects the family’s personality and lifestyle.
Project #2: AV10

The AV10 project is a blend of elegance and functionality within a spacious home located in a residential complex near Lake Pipera, in northern Bucharest. Surrounded by nature, the project reflects a balance between modern living and serene surroundings. The house spans three levels: the ground floor for daily activities, the upper floor for bedrooms, and an attic dedicated to work and hobbies. A minimalist design, with neutral tones and natural materials, creates a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan ground floor features a stylish kitchen with a central island, a cozy dining area, and a double-height living room with large glazed surfaces connecting to the garden. The staircase area cleverly integrates a plant display, adding warmth and natural accents. Upstairs, the children’s room combines vibrant tones with functionality, while the master bedroom offers a serene retreat. The attic provides a refined workspace with dark neutral tones. In essence, the AV10 project exemplifies a contemporary, minimalist design that seamlessly blends elegance, comfort, and practicality.
