Biography
Tesseract Architecture is the only design studio in Romania that specialized in the architecture of hospitals and medical clinics. Raluca Șoaita, the founder of Tesseract, has so far designed over 700,000 square meters of hospitals and clinics, and among the large coordinated hospital projects currently are the county hospitals from Focșani and Sibiu, the #NoiFacemUnSpital project of the Dăruiește Viața Association, a first in Romania, numerous modular hospitals and private clinics. Since 2017, Raluca Soaita has been part of the technical team of experts involved in a large-scale project of the World Bank in Romania – “Medical Sector Reform – Improving the Quality of the Medical System in Romania.”
