Noémi Karácsonyi is a business landscaper and CEO of Simacek Romania, for the past 8 years.
The company is part of the Simacek Holding, the Austrian group with three generations of expertise, over 8,000 employees in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe. Simacek is an emerging player in the market of developing urban green areas through designing, building and maintaining green roofs and green facades in Romania.
Noémi’s leading role in the company has added up even more relevant experience to over 12 years of Reorganisation, Strategy Development and Performance Management and has been a constant opportunity for growth.
Her goal is working on developing and building more livable urban spaces, thus contributing to a higher quality of life for greener cities and for the city inhabitants.
She put trust, time and expertise into making a positive impact by creating green infrastructures and urban biodiversity, through green areas, roofs and facades.

Una dintre misiunile prioritare ale Simacek este creșterea nivelului calității vieții, în special în zonele urbane. Un pilon vital pentru a atinge această misiune este focusul pe biodiversitatea urbană și dezvoltarea durabilă a spațiilor verzi, din care rezultă, implicit, o serie de beneficii (îmbunătățirea calității aerului, reglarea umidității aerului, legarea prafului fin, reducerea efectelor negative ale insulelor de căldură urbană, asigurarea mediului de viață pentru floră și faună etc). Astfel, două dintre soluțiile noastre strategice sunt acoperișurile, respectiv fațadele verzi. Ambele soluții pot veni fie în completarea facilităților existente, fie, integrat, încă din faza de proiectare, dezvoltare imobiliară.
