ABOUT
Nemanja Zorić is a licensed architect currently engaged in the detailed design development of large-scale projects, with a focus on project phase management and coordination. With over eighteen years of proven experience, Nemanja has served as a lead architect, designer, planner, consultant, and project manager on numerous international projects. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience across all stages of architectural projects—from conceptual design to the production of shop drawings—covering a wide range of building types and functions.

Since our founding, we have continuously balanced our growing workload with a strong commitment to enhancing quality, expanding knowledge, and refining our expertise. By upholding architectural values and embracing cutting-edge technologies, we have delivered outstanding projects that stand out in both domestic and international markets. Kapaprojekt was founded on October 30, 1992, in Niš by Dragoljub Stojanović, B.Sc. in Civil Engineering. Since then, we have remained dedicated to delivering exceptional services in the development of project documentation for all types of facilities, while also providing comprehensive investment management—from initial concept to final realization.

Start year: 30.06.2024
Within the existing production complex of the “Atlantik Stark” factory, the construction of new buildings is planned, along with the reconstruction and development of new internal roads on the site. The project aims to expand the factory’s current capacity and broaden its product range. In addition to the new buildings, a new traffic connection is planned—specifically, a dedicated truck exit—supporting a one-way traffic system within the complex to improve circulation and efficiency.
