PROJECTS TO BE PRESENTED DURING THE EVENT

Project #1: Mulberry

Start year: 05.06.2022

This is a three-story residential block in Kato Pafos. It provides 12 two-bedroom units, a roof garden, and a communal pool. Each unit enjoys its own covered veranda. Built from reinforced concrete, this building makes an exhibition of the material with different configurations and textures of fairface concrete, accentuated by the use of joints and shadow gaps.

Project #2: M Boutique hotel

Start year: 21.03.2022

The project is the renovation and extension of a small hotel located in the heart of Kato Pafos. Its 120 rooms benefit from small patios or balconies that open on to the communal pool area. An extra floor was added to the main building to create a high-end restaurant. The design accentuates the character of the hotel with its multiple blocks around a courtyard and pool. Green is used extensively to improve the environment and enhance the atmosphere.

Project #3:Residence for Ivi and Zenonas

Start year: 14.02.2020

This family residence is located in Episkopi, a community in the Limassol district, in an area with unobstructed sea views. The residence provides a large open plan space at the ground floor with the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a study. The first floor provides the couple’s master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, two additional rooms with a shared bathroom, a utility room. The materials used inside and outside are simple and honest: fair face concrete, soft grey floor in the interior and deck floor on the exterior. Touches of black colors and wooden surfaces on furniture contrast with stark white surfaces and give a modem character.
