PROJECTS TO BE PRESENTED DURING THE EVENT
Project #1: INSTABUILT – INOVATION CENTER
Start year: 03.03.2019
InstaBuilt Innovation Center and Warehouse Complex represents a dynamic synthesis of commercial functionality and contemporary design with architecture that embodies the visionary filosophy of InstaBuilt. The facade’s distinctive green accents the interior details and reinforces InstaBuilt’s commitment to innovation, sustainability and employee well-being. The architectural form of the Innovation Center stands as a bold landmark within the complex defined by its rhythmic grid of vertical panels and punctuated by green projections that underscore the building’s ecological consciousness. Large windows offer transparency while ensuring energy efficiency connecting the building’s occupants to the outside world and infusing the interior with natural light. The Innovation Center is thoughtfully organized to promote both productivity and collaboration creating an inviting atmosphere that supports various work styles. The expansive reception area introduces a polished concrete wall and a custom teal reception desk that make an immediate impression of understated elegance. A multi-story atrium serves as the central space that brings vertical movement and light deep into the building, encouraging spontaneous interactions and reinforcing a sense of community. A sculptural staircase spirals through the atrium bordered by planters that introduce biophilic elements. By integrating greenery into the atrium’s design, the space achieves a dual function: it is both a visual anchor and a wellness-oriented retreat within the office environment. The design prioritizes flexibility in its workspaces, accommodating a range of team configurations and individual work preferences. Private offices, open workstations, and collaborative zones are interspersed with informal meeting areas to support a balance of privacy and teamwork. Each space is designed with modularity in mind allowing users to shape their environments as needed. Lounges connect to adjacent meeting rooms that provide a private setting with a warm inviting palette, featuring plush seating, gentle lighting, and carefully chosen decor. Natural wood, soft furnishings and subdued lighting combine to create an ambiance of relaxed elegance ideal for focused discussions and strategic thinking. The complex also features a cafeteria that serves as a vibrant social hub for employees and visitors. Its design blends the tones of the workspace with playful touches like bold orange accent tables and modular seating in shades of teal and grey. Offering a range of seating options including private booths, communal tables, and cozy nooks the cafeteria creates a versatile setting for social gatherings as well as quiet areas. InstaBuilt Complex is more than just a workspace; it is a testament to InstaBuilt’s dedication to architectural quality, environmental stewardship, and human-centered design.
Project #2: FRESCO
Start year: 03.05.2021
Fresco, Cold Storage and Distribution Facility in Obiliq, is a refined integration of industrial efficiency and architectural clarity, addressing the complexities of temperature-controlled logistics through an intentional design approach. This facility serves as a regional benchmark, covering 7,000 square meters and incorporating a dedicated 2,000-square-meter area within a large warehouse. Both spaces are designed for optimal thermal integrity and operational efficiency. Fresco’s design emphasizes strong performance and minimal environmental impact. The high R-value insulation significantly reduces thermal transfer, maintaining stable internal temperatures and enhancing energy efficiency. With a clear ceiling height of 9 meters, the warehouse maximizes vertical storage capacity and supports a narrow-aisle racking system, facilitating efficient circulation and high-density storage. The form configurates two interlocking rectangular volumes which combine utility with expressive composition. The slightly offset smaller administrative volume partially screens the loading zone creating a composed facade that balances operational needs with visual engagement. Vertical brise-soleils on the office block add a dynamic layer with slender rhythms of light and shadow that mediate between the smaller administrative structure and the expansive warehouse behind it. The material palette draws from warm, earthy tones that echo the natural freshness of the produce it stores, reinforcing Fresco’s identity as a leader in the storage of perishable goods. This restrained color scheme grounds the building, softening its industrial scale and visually connecting it to the surrounding landscape. The interior design showcases a sophisticated, modern aesthetic achieved through a combination of natural materials, minimalist elements and carefully curated lighting. The staircase is a focal point featuring floating concrete steps supported by slender metal rod, lending an industrial yet elegant feel. The stairs are bordered by an indoor garden area that includes lush greenery and strategically placed spherical light fixtures adding warmth and texture against the concrete backdrop. Wooden accents on the stairs and ceiling add contrast, balancing the cool tone of concrete with a touch of natural warmth. The tall vertical windows allow natural light to flood the room creating a bright and airy ambiance while offering views of the surrounding area. The space is enhanced by well-integrated lighting elements that are embedded in the ceiling contributing to a clean and modern aesthetic. The offices color palette is grounded in neutral tones with light wood and gray stone flooring creating a calm and professional environment. Overall, Fresco redefines cold storage as a synthesis of aesthetic sensitivity and technical rigor. This facility demonstrates how industrial architecture can be both a functional powerhouse and a carefully composed space, setting a new benchmark for high-performance storage in the region.
Project #3: JETO N’PISHA
Start year: 03.08.2021
Pishat Residence is designed in such a way as to reflect freshness and vitality with the combination of nature and modernity in the facade. The location of the project is surrounded by roads, which also leads to the concept of the project to create internal courtyards for many reasons such as safety, privacy, and the satisfaction of the residents who live as residents of this community. After some solar analysis, the concept was developed by creating some curves in the buildings, which resulted in the creation of two internal courtyards, with more access from the main roads, since the location is close to schools, kindergartens, and many other main activities, as well as the creation of terraces. The mix of colors in the cubes of the balconies gives an identity to the modern facades both during the day and at night. Pishat Residence is composed of 8 blocks with approximately 400 residential units, underground parking as well as other common contents.
