ABOUT
Hildegard Brandl is an architect and entrepreneur, Managing Partner at UNITH2B Architects. Born in Romania and raised in Germany, she studied and worked abroad before returning in 2009 to co-found UNITH2B with Anca Brandiburg. The firm designs and oversees projects in 15 Romanian cities, focusing on healthcare, education, and sports. Hilde is a founding board member of ASAR, project leader of Antreprenorești – Adopt a Village, board member of Romanian Business Leaders, member of AHK, and Vice President of CONAF. She and UNITH2B have received numerous awards, including BIG SEE and Architecture Annual Awards.

The “Green School in Ghiroda Commune, Timiș County” project involves building a new, sustainable educational facility that supports the EU’s green transition agenda. Aimed at shaping active, responsible citizens aligned with European and global sustainability standards, the school will provide a modern, eco-friendly learning environment. It will serve as a central hub for the community, offering high-quality educational and social infrastructure. Located in a new neighborhood of Ghiroda, the school follows urban planning principles to create a key educational and social point of interest. Surrounding green spaces will benefit both students and local residents, making the school a focal point for the area.
