Freskim Sylejmani
Biography
Freskim Sylejmani is an architect and senior BIM manager at ArchiEDU, where he also serves as CEO of a multidisciplinary company offering variety services such as Architectural Design and supervising, BIM Trainings, AEC (Architectural, Engineering and Construction) Software Distribution and services for Building Performance Analysis, 3D Presentations and VR (Virtual Reality) & AR (Augmented Reality) presentations.
He is one of the leading BIM experts in Kosovo and has held BIM-related trainings, lectures, and workshops in Kosovo and abroad (Tirana, Skopje, Nis, Belgrade, Novi Sad, Budapest, etc.). In the last few years, he has been implementing BIM in the largest local & international companies and design offices.
Freskim’s scope of work, interest and passion, is designing sustainable buildings, with low Carbon emission, Passive buildings and efficient. He also went to master studies in Energy Efficiency Program founded by Erasmus.
He has expertise in preparation and implementation of digital transformation workflows in practices related to the building industry, researcher in the fields of Energy efficiency, BEM (Building Energy Modeling), Building Performance Analysis, building acoustic, Parametric/algorithmic Design and construction process management.

About archiEDU:
archiEDU was established in 2005, offering architectural design and visualization services.
Foreseeing the development of online social interaction we started thinking of creating a virtual architecture community, where architects could share projects, experiences and ideas for our developing professionals. In January 2006 archiEDU established first Online Forum about Architecture making it one of the major hubs of communication for local architectural community with more than 2,450 active members at that time.
Based on the market needs, in order to improve the working conditions for students of Architecture, Architects and other professionals; to push forward, develop and ease the creative design process, in 2007 archiEDU established CAD/BIM Training Center, which offered training on software’s such as ARCHICAD, Revit, 3ds Studio MAX, Corona Renderer, Artlantis, Photoshop, etc. The main topics that training contained were: Architectural design, 3D Modeling, Presentation and Visualization.
In 2013, archiEDU has become Exclusive Authorized Reseller for following award winning software’s such as Graphisoft Archicad, Abvent Artlantis, Inter-CAD Kft. – AxisVM, Eptar – Reinforcement, SketchUp, Vray for SketchUp, 3D CONNEXION and ADOBE Certified Reseller. By offering these licensed software’s on the local market, we tend to help professionals make their everyday work easier.
With its creativity, clear goals and targets, archiEDU expanded constantly and now it has four sectors:
Architectural Design, Supervising and consulting; SCAN2BIM services; CAD/BIM Training Center and Software Distribution.
Today, the company has grown from staff of 2 architects at its inception in 2005 to a staff of 18 architects.
archiEDU primary service remains Architectural Design, Supervising and Consulting, which up to now ArchiEDU has designed about 87 architectural projects in a different countries such as Kosovo, Switzerland, England, Austria, Sweden and Serbia.
