A successful architect and CEO and founder of an architecture company with over 15 years of experience, capable of transforming ideas into realized designs using strategic planning of business. Leading a company with 30 employees and a huge number of colleagues in the field of architecture, design and construction over the years honed leadership, mentoring, project management and business skills. The ability to pursue a goal with enthusiasm and instill that same attitude in others is a key of my business.
Company has designed and implemented projects both in Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh as well as internationally. Individual design, including interior design, continues to remain the principal direction of company activity. This means that instead of selling standard designs Archangel is doing the best to devise individual approaches to every single customer.

SHORT DESCRIPTION ABOUT THE OFFICE

The architectural studio was founded in July 2013 as an outcome of a successful 5-year-long creative collaboration between its co-founders and leading architects, Artak Knyazyan and Arsen Davtyan. The Studio’s industrial capacity that stands behind the successful implementation of its projects is based upon the “Quadrat” company that was also founded by the same aforementioned architects.

PROJECTS TO BE PRESENTED DURING THE EVENT

Project #1: Yerevan Mall

Start year: 05.02.2010

Yerevan Mall” is located on Arshakunyats Avenue, which was once the site of an auto parts factory. The complex was built on the metal foundations of the former factory. During construction, an unexpected discovery occurred—an 8th-century Biaynik tomb. This fortuitous find led to the establishment of a museum that displays stylized and modernized elements of Urartian culture, including cuneiforms and other intricate details. These elements became the central theme in creating an inspiring image for the project.

Project #2: Teryan 5 / Marriott Courtyard

Teryan 5/Marriott Courtyard multifunctional project, implemented together with Galaxy Concern group of companies. This project with the international architectural organization Broadway Malyan is not our first experience.

Project #3: Myler mountain resort

Myler” Mountain Ski Center in Aparan is located near the reservoir and Yeghipatrush village. This large-scale, multifunctional complex includes several zones: a hotel, restaurants, apartment buildings, sports, entertainment, and public areas. The architectural style is influenced by the Scandinavian style commonly found in European ski resorts, but it also incorporates Armenian architectural elements, giving the construction a unique Armenian tone. Depending on the functional significance of the zones, the complex is divided into districts, each with its own flag, observation tower, and entrance hall.
