Large varied portfolio: complex process industrial and agricultural buildings, security (ministry of defense, border police. information services), health (hospitals, policlinics), research facilities, large residential, office, energy infrastructure, heritage buildings restauration.
SHORT DESCRIPTION ABOUT THE OFFICE
PPAE is one of the most experienced and versatile building design companies in Bucharest, both in terms of programs and style. We have a portfolio of approximately 2,000,000 square meters of designed space. In 2025 we have celebrated 22 years of activity. We design architectural, structural and MEP projects with our own team, in the BIM system (exclusively, since 2003). We are always up to date with technology, software and hardware.

FAN Courier is the lead courier service/postal provider in Romania. PPAE has design FAN headquarters and main sorting facilities since 2007. The current 2025 extension to the Stefanesti complex headquarters (Bucharest ring road north) is a 30.000sqm sorting & fulfilment facility. State of the art sorting technology and energy efficiency with an architectural twist.
