PROJECTS TO BE PRESENTED DURING THE EVENT

Project #1: One Cotroceni Towers

Start year: 11.10.2024

One Cotroceni Towers is part of the largest urban regeneration initiative in Romania, transforming the former Ventilator and Titan Mar industrial platform into a dynamic, multifunctional district. Alongside One Cotroceni Park, the project revitalizes nearly 10 hectares of underused land, turning it into a vibrant urban ecosystem. Through adaptive reuse, the development reactivates an abandoned area, creating new urban synergies with integrated functions—offices, cultural spaces, services and green areas. Public space is at the core of the project’s vision, dedicated to pedestrian circulation, green infrastructure and civic interaction. Prioritizing sustainability and quality of life, One Cotroceni Towers encourages a shift from car-centric to walkable living, supporting a connected, inclusive, and resilient urban community. This new landmark reshapes Bucharest’s urban identity through innovation, accessibility and meaningful placemaking.

Project #2: ONE PARK LINE

Start year: 05.03.2024

One Park Line is a visionary mixed-use development set to transform a former linear industrial site into a vibrant, barrier-free neighborhood. Spanning 50,000 sqm of land and nearly 200,000 sqm of built area, the project will bring together residential apartments, commercial spaces, offices and sports facilities in a cohesive, inclusive environment. Strategically positioned to connect two key urban zones in Bucharest, One Park Line fosters accessibility and community interaction. Its defining feature is the integration of generous green spaces, complemented by playgrounds, running and bike lanes and outdoor sports areas. Designed as a pedestrian-friendly urban landscape, the project promotes wellbeing, active lifestyles, and a new model of sustainable city living. With a focus on connectivity, quality of life and urban regeneration, One Park Line reimagines how people live, work, and play, seamlessly united in one dynamic neighborhood.
