PROJECTS TO BE PRESENTED DURING THE EVENT

Project #1: Persona restaurant & bar

Project #1 category: Hotel. Leisure

Start year: 2022

End year: 2024

This restaurant on Zakyan Street in Yerevan stands out for its bold combination of materials and well-thought-out use of space, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere. Concrete walls, decorative plaster, wooden paneling, and different flooring textures add layers to the design. Lighting and color accents help define separate areas, while the mix of natural stone, tiles, and metal elements gives the space a unique and modern character. A touch of tropical and cool desert tones adds to the elegant design, making the atmosphere both welcoming and distinctive.

Project #2: “Oasis” Children’s Developmental Center

Project #2 category: Education

Start year: ongoing

The center was designed in Yerevan, on A. Mikoyan Street, within a newly built park. The design concept draws inspiration from the Fuji Kindergarten in Tokyo, which promotes an open environment without walls, barriers, or enclosed spaces. In wide and spacious spaces, children run freely, play, and organize lessons and entertainment at the same time. The building embraces curved plan solutions. It has an internal conservatory, an open, bright roof, glass partitions, and large light openings that provide a connection between the outdoor garden and the indoor environment, creating a free, bright, and uninhibited atmosphere.

Project #3: Multipurpose Commercial Tower

Project #3 category: Office. Mixed-Use

Start year: ongoing

An innovative multifunctional business center, located in one of the most potential and interesting parts of the central part of Yerevan.
