Biography

She studied in Athens , Greece (MA School of Architecture, NTUA, 1993), and in London UK (M.Arch., Bartlett UCL and PhD Architectural Association School of Architecture, 2002) under the scholarship of the Greek Scholarship Foundation. She has taught theory and design at the Architectural Association School of Architecture and the Department of Architecture of TUC. Professor at the School of Architecture of the National Technical University of Athens. As an architect she has been involved in different architectural projects concerning private houses, public spaces and landscape. Since 1998 has won 13 awards and distinctions in architectural  competitions with different collaborators. Since 1996 she has also worked as a stage and costume designer for 26 theatre productions in Greece and abroad.

She has published more than 40 articles in architectural reviews, books, exhibition catalogues and conference proceedings. Since 2018 is Editorial Director of the Greek Architectural Magazine ‘EK’. Member of the Hellenic Institute of Architecture, of the Administration board of National Gallery of Greece (2011-2014) and of the consulting board of ‘Athens Anaplasis SA’ (2018-2020).
