Biography

Anna Assana is one of the two principals of « A&S ARCHITECTS», which she co-founded in 2004. Anna Assana has been in charge of the design, management, permitting procedure, and construction supervision of a large number of major sports, cultural, healthcare, education, hospitality, and residential projects, as well as smaller projects. She is actively involved in the design and supervision of public and private developments including the preliminary, final design, tender documents, and construction supervision stages. She has been awarded 7 international and national architectural design awards. Her projects are published in various architectural magazines.

The ONTRC is going to be a state-of-the-art construction project with a total budget of €100,000,000. It will be equipped with cutting-edge technology. The 4-floor building of the ONASSIS NATIONAL TRANSPLANT CENTER will be 7,000 square meters. It will be equipped with 47 new beds, 33 of which are exclusively for children, and 12 intensive care beds for children, 5 of which are exclusively for infants. The construction is estimated to be concluded in 3 years. Anna Assana was the Lead Architect for the architectural design of the project (Concept Design – Schematic Design – Detailed Design).
