Andreas Vardas is the founder of VARDAS STUDIO architects + designers. His practice in Paphos has grown since 1997, designing and procuring a number of widely published projects that bear his unique aesthetic. He received his architectural education in the Bartlett School of Architecture, and practiced in a London office before returning to Cyprus and setting up his own practice.
Vardas and Vardas Studio have a focus on residential architecture. The practice’s main output is bespoke private houses, but it does include larger residential developments, office and commercial buildings, and public spaces. With his constant effort to innovate through the use of new construction technologies, and his dedication to honest architectural expression, he has risen to prominence as one of Cyprus’ most popular architects.
His projects have earned several awards and nominations in national and international competitions.
