PROJECTS TO BE PRESENTED DURING THE EVENT
Project #1: To Space – Office Space
Project 1 category: Workplace. Community
Start year: 2022
End year: 2023
The interior design project for the office space with an area of approximately 400 square meters resulted as a need of the company to create a pleasant, balanced work environment, which would support the productivity and wellbeing of the employees but also allow the development of the company. The main focus of the project was functional, related to the workflow organization on which we gracefully folded the stylistic side defined by a mature, elegant aesthetic of the space. We started by delimiting the main areas of the office, more precisely the main open space area, the kitchen, relaxation area, meeting room and, according to the new furniture plan, a managerial office, an “one to one” space and two new meeting rooms. The newly created spaces thoughtfully and tastefully complement the rest of the interior, being perfectly integrated by the wall finishes such as fonoabsorbant and ceramic panels highlighted by warm LED light, while the flower stands subtly delimit the main circulation from the work area. As you enter the space, you are immediately greeted with a warm and sophisticated ambiance dominated by dark colors. The custom made furniture tailored to the practical needs of the space doesn’t neglect the visual aspect, evoking a modern, sleek style which contributes to the overall glamour of the space. The design encourages productivity and creativity, while the combination of dark colors and gold accents provide a sense of comfort and luxury, without feeling oppressive. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to flood the space and the black reflective surfaces chosen for the pillars emphasizes this aspect, enhancing the comfortable and inviting atmosphere with a touch of maturity and stability that sets the tone for a professional environment.
Project #2: Space Lines
Project 2 category: Workplace. Community
Start year: 2024
End year: 2024
This project is a natural continuation of To Space, our first collaboration with the client. As the company experienced significant growth, the need arose for a larger, more versatile workspace—evolving from 400 sqm to nearly 2,000 sqm. This expansion reflects not only the company’s success but also the long-term trust established between us. We were proud to once again be part of this evolution through our interior design work. Although fewer than two years had passed since completing the original setup, one of the guiding principles for this new fit-out was sustainability and continuity. Alongside the client, we prioritized the reuse of as much furniture as possible from the previous space. Standard elements such as desks and employee workstations were reintegrated, and we also successfully adapted all custom-designed furniture to the new context. This approach reduced both material waste and project costs—particularly those associated with custom transport, installation, and fabrication. The new space was technically functional at the time of lease, but we reimagined it through a redesigned layout, creating a combination of enclosed rooms and a generous open space. The flooring and lighting systems were fully upgraded to align with the updated spatial needs. In the open area, wall interventions were kept to a minimum to preserve and emphasize the expansive view offered from the building’s elevation. A continuous linear LED profile now wraps the perimeter of the open space, subtly shifting in color temperature to introduce a gentle, ambient accent. It’s a minimal yet dynamic layer of expression within an environment defined by dark grey tones. In terms of materials, we opted for high-contrast finishes—black and white glass surfaces feature prominently throughout. Decorative elements were deliberately avoided in favor of a design language that hides visual complexity within functionality. Every piece, every gesture in the space serves a purpose, bringing form and function into seamless alignment.
