SHARE Chisinau 2025 International Architecture Forum Announces Distinguished Keynote Speakers
The prestigious SHARE Chisinau 2025 – International Architecture Forum, scheduled for February 27, 2025, at the Radisson Blu Leogrand Hotel Chisinau, is set to bring together leading figures in architecture and construction from across the globe. Now in its third edition, this landmark event promises to elevate architectural dialogue to new heights at both regional and international levels.

Special Guest:
Dorin Ștefan (Romania), founder of DSBA Studio, brings decades of expertise in innovative architectural design. In 1990, he established DSBA Studio, known for its innovative and context-sensitive designs across residential, commercial, and public sectors, including landmark projects such as the Oromolu Office Building and Banca Transilvania headquarters.
As both a practicing architect and professor at the University of Architecture and Urbanism “Ion Mincu” in Bucharest, Ștefan’s work seamlessly blends modern design principles with cultural heritage and sustainability considerations.His work has received national and international recognition through competitions and exhibitions, blending modern design with cultural heritage and sustainability.
Recently, as a supreme recognition of his merits and exceptional value, Dorin Ștefan became a corresponding member of the Romanian Academy.
Keynotes Speakers:
Alireza Taghaboni (Iran), a distinguished Iranian architect, painter, and academic, established Next Office in 2009. Since then, his firm has been at the forefront of contemporary Iranian architecture, crafting projects that seamlessly integrate climate-responsive design with socio-political and cultural considerations. Over the past decade, the practice has won several Memar Awards, a prestigious national award for architecture in Iran held annually, making it one of the top prize-winning practices in the country. Beyond his architectural practice, Taghaboni contributes significantly to architectural education as a tutor at Tehran’s Center for Contemporary Architecture.
Giorgi Khmaladze (Georgia), founder of Khmaladze Architects. A graduate of Harvard University, he gained international prominence with his innovative design for the Gas Station/McDonald’s in Batumi, winner of the 2014 ArchDaily Building of the Year Award and the Architizer A+ Award. Khmaladze’s philosophy challenges conventional briefs, focusing on community interaction and green urban environments. He advocates for quality public spaces and educates clients on their long-term value. His work continues to shape Georgia’s architectural landscape and inspire future generations.
François Valentiny (Luxembourg), founder of VALENTINY HVP Architects, is renowned for his bold, futuristic designs. His impressive portfolio includes the Mozarteum in Trancoso, Brazil, and the striking 2010 Expo Pavilion in Shanghai. He was made Président of the Fondation de l’Architecture et de l’Ingénierie in Luxembourg for the year 2006/2007 and in 2006 was awarded the Decoration of Honour in Gold for Services to the Republic of Austria. In 2008 he was honoured for his overall architectural work in the Grand Duchy and abroad and received the Luxembourg Architecture Prize 2007. In 2009 he became a member of the Academia Scientiarum et Artium Europaea in Salzburg, Austria. In 2018 he was awarded the Grand Decoration of Merit by the Land of Salzburg.
