Discover What’s Ahead at SHARE Hungary 2025 & Submit Your Work for the SHARE Architecture Awards Festival

In this newsletter, we’re excited to unveil three of the keynote speakers who will join the much-anticipated SHARE Hungary 2025 International Architecture Forum, taking place on 23 May at the Magyar Zene Háza, Budapest. The event will bring together distinguished architects from 10 countries and feature renowned studios such as Diller Scofidio + Renfro, Mecanoo, and Hassel.

We also invite you to submit your projects for the SHARE Architecture Awards Festival, a celebration of architectural excellence open to architects from all countries hosting SHARE Forums. The festival will be held 3–5 December in Austria—an opportunity to showcase your work on an international stage.

Diller Scofidio + Renfro

 

Charles Renfro joined Diller Scofidio + Renfro (DS+R) in 1997 and became a Partner in 2004. He led the design and construction of the studio’s first concert hall outside of the US – The Tianjin Juilliard School in China – as well as the studio’s first public park outside of the US – Zaryadye Park in Moscow. Charles has also led the design of much of DS+R’s academic portfolio, with projects completed at Stanford University, UC Berkeley, Brown University, the University of Chicago, and the recently completed Columbia Business School.

Hassel

 

Xavier is recognized globally as a leader in computational design, digital fabrication, and additive manufacturing. His innovative approach has shaped groundbreaking projects across architecture and extreme environments, including visionary research in space architecture in collaboration with NASA and the European Space Agency (ESA). Xavier is a passionate advocate for innovation and interdisciplinary thinking, known for his role in global initiatives like Smartgeometry and for teaching at The Bartlett (UCL), Syracuse University London, and the University of Ghent.

Mecanoo

 

Nuno actively contributes to the scope and quality of Mecanoo’s portfolio of work having engaged on numerous award-winning cultural projects and competition entries. Highly creative, innovative and flexible, Nuno has propelled the conceptualisation and design development of many of Mecanoo’s most innovative and sculptural projects including the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Wei-Wu-Ying), Taiwan, Three Cultural Centres and One Book Mall, China and La Llotja Theater and Conference Center, Spain, amongst others.
