Biography
ABOUT
Yevgeniya, born and educated in Odesa, Ukraine and earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture and Urbanism there. Later, she pursued another Master’s degree at the Design Research Laboratory of the Architectural Association in London (AADRL).
Joining Zaha Hadid Architects in 2009, Yevgeniya has built a diverse portfolio across Europe, North Africa, and Asia. Her projects span residential, commercial, hospitality, as well as performing arts, master planning, and infrastructure. Notable works include the Grand Theatre de Rabat in Morocco and Mercury House Melia Hotels in Malta. Yevgeniya is currently involved in a variety of projects, including the Shenzhen Headquarters and Life Long Learning Centre for Yidan, Tencent’s Charitable Foundation and residential tower in Georgia.
Since 2022 Yevgeniya has been actively involved in developing ZHA profile in Caucasus and Central Asia

Project #1: CityZen Tower, Tbilisi, Georgia
Start year: 14.12.2023
Scheduled for completion in 2028 as the studio’s first project in Georgia, Cityzen Tower will contain apartments, offices, shops and leisure facilities to form part of a neighbourhood constructed by property developer Cityzen.
