Biography

ABOUT

Dávid Vitézy (1985) is an economist, transport and urban mobility expert. Between 2010 and 2014, he was the founding CEO of the Budapest Transport Centre (BKK). Between 2016 and 2022 he was the Director General of the Hungarian Technical and Transport Museum. From 2020 until 2022 was the CEO of the Budapest Development Centre (BFK). In 2022 he was State Secretary for Transport. Since 2024, he is the Chair of the Commitee on Transport, Urban Development and Climate in Budapest. From August 30, 2023, he is the chairman of the Transportation Section of the Hungarian Urban Planning Society.
