SHARE Georgia 2026 closes its third edition with an international keynote lineup: Olga Bolshanina of Herzog & de Meuron, Pedro Araujo of Foster + Partners, and Viggo Haremst of Henning Larsen. All three take part in the forum’s interactive round tables earlier in the day, then deliver keynote lectures in the afternoon plenary session on 22 September, at Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers.
None of the three is only passing through for a keynote and a photo. The international perspective they bring isn’t confined to a stage — it’s in the room, in the argument, at the same table as the Georgian architects who’ll be working with these ideas long after the conference ends. Here’s where to find each of them over the course of the day.
Olga Bolshanina — Herzog & de Meuron (Switzerland)
Olga Bolshanina is a Partner at Herzog & de Meuron and a member of the practice’s Executive Board. Her career at the Basel-based studio spans two decades: she joined the office in 2004 as an intern, returned as an architect after completing her master’s at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in 2007, and has since led some of the firm’s largest urban-scale commissions — the Lyon–Confluence master plan, the Skolkovo District Masterplan and Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology outside Moscow, and the redevelopment of the historic Badaevskiy Brewery. She currently oversees the Mered Riviera Residences in Abu Dhabi, Aman Group’s Janu Dubai, and the Ronquoz 21 urban plan in Sion, Switzerland — work spanning cultural, educational, hospitality, and heritage-transformation projects across Europe, China, Mexico, and the Middle East.
At SHARE Georgia, Bolshanina joins the Education round table, moderated by Otar Sulaberidze (ArtStudio), alongside Patricia Sturzoiu (Quadratum Architecture, Romania, SHARE Architecture Awards 2025 winner), Armand Vokshi (Avatelier, Albania), and Artak Knyazyan (AGL Group, Armenia). It’s a fitting seat: her own portfolio already includes cultural, educational, and research facilities, and the round table is a direct, unscripted conversation about what schools and universities actually need from architecture — with practitioners from Georgia, Albania, Armenia, and Romania who are designing that infrastructure right now.

Pedro Araujo — Foster + Partners (UK)
Pedro Araujo is a Partner at Foster + Partners, the London studio founded by Norman Foster. A graduate of Universidade Lusíada in Portugal, Araujo joined Foster + Partners in 2015 and has since worked across large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, commercial schemes, and master plans in the UK and internationally — including Dubai Waterfront, Dubai Creek Harbour, the Al Wifaq Residential Towers, and Amaala Airfield in Saudi Arabia.
At SHARE Georgia, Araujo sits on the AI & Immersive Architecture round table, moderated by Dimitri Chaava (X Architecture, Georgia), alongside Denis Lacej (Gerber Architekten), Nikoloz Japaridze (Architects of Invention, ex-OMA Rotterdam), and Tobias Wallisser (Laboratory for Visionary Architecture). It’s the table where the profession’s next toolset gets argued out loud — what AI-driven and immersive workflows actually change about how a building gets designed, from a practice operating at Foster + Partners’ scale down to a Tbilisi studio testing the same tools on its own projects.

Viggo Haremst — Henning Larsen (Denmark)
Viggo Haremst is Partner & Design Director at Henning Larsen, based in Copenhagen. He led the international design competition win for Cockle Bay Park on Sydney’s harbourfront — a career-defining project for Henning Larsen’s presence in Australia — and continues to oversee its design development as the studio’s design director for commercial work across Asia Pacific. Earlier in his career, his contributions to SDU Campus Kolding helped produce one of the world’s first low-energy universities, work that has since shaped how Henning Larsen approaches commercial and workplace design more broadly. Alongside practice, Haremst has served as an external examiner at the Technical University of Munich, a visiting lecturer at the Academy for Architectural Culture in Hamburg, a tutor on the University of Sydney’s master’s program, and, since 2022, a board member of Fritz Hansen.
At SHARE Georgia, that focus on public-facing, civic-minded design carries directly into his round table: Identity, Belonging, and the Social Impact of Public Spaces in Tbilisi, moderated by Nikoloz Lekveishvili (TIMM Architecture), alongside Lika Chkuaseli (Tbilisi Public Art Fund), Mariam Natroshvili (artist, working with memory and public space), Gvantsa Nikolaishvili (urban planning), and George Zautashvili (R312 Architects). It’s a conversation about what Tbilisi’s public spaces mean to the people who use them — grounded, fittingly, in a career built on getting exactly that question right.

Three firms, one closing stage
Herzog & de Meuron, Foster + Partners, and Henning Larsen don’t share a single design language — one is known for material and conceptual precision at heritage and urban scale, one for scale and sustainability across masterplans and infrastructure, one for civic and workplace design built around public life. What they share at SHARE Georgia 2026 is a willingness to sit down, not just show up: each partner spends part of the day in a round table built for argument, not applause, before joining the other two on stage at 3:30pm to close the forum together.
The moment you can’t miss
The 3:30pm Keynote Session is the last scheduled session of the day, but not the last chance to talk to Bolshanina, Araujo, or Haremst. SHARE Georgia moves straight from the closing stage into Aftertalks: Wine and Networking — the part of the day built for the conversations a panel format doesn’t leave room for.
The high point of the day is that exact sequence: the keynote, followed immediately by Aftertalks. It’s the one stretch you simply can’t skip — not just for the keynote lecture itself, but for everything that follows, when the speakers step off the stage and become, for one evening, people you can actually talk to directly, people you can ask the follow-up question no panel ever left you time to ask.
