TERMS AND CONDITIONSThe SHARE International architecture and engineering Forums are organized by ABplus events SRL. All further references to the events from this document will be done through the legal organizer of the event, ABplus events SRL. This document sets out the terms and conditions between ABplus events SRL and you, when you purchase a ticket or register for any event or conference or participate in any survey organized by ABplus events SRL. By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event orconference organized by ABplus events SRL or participating in a survey you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. You should read this document carefully. ABplus events SRL reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any amended terms and conditions will be posted to these website:
www.share-architects.comDECLARATION OF CONSENTI hereby give my consent for ABplus events SRL to collect, process and use my personal data for the purposes of processing the purchase of my ticket and for any other use for which I have consented.
1. PURCHASING TICKETSI hereby give my consent for the mandatory and voluntary data collected from me with the purpose of of purchasing and/or registering for tickets sold by ABplus events SRL , as specified and required on the registration website pages of the events organized by ABplus events SRL . I further give my permission for my user account details to be stored. I acknowledge that I may provide ABplus events SRL a reasonable timeframe to remove my details at any time that I no longer wish to be stored.I acknowledge and accept that my data will be used for commercial purposes in accordance with this General Data Protection Regulation and Declaration of Consent and will be retained and stored for the purpose of events tickets selling.
Should you wish your data to be removed you must request ABplus events SRL to do so in writing. Requests will be processed within a 30-day period after being emailed
[email protected] ticket prices Found on the registration website pages are displayed in EUR.Confirmation of your registration for any of events organized by ABplus events SRL will be sent to you via email by ABplus events SRL once full payment has been received. This email will also have your tax invoice attached. All tax invoices will be sent only by email by
automatic software according to Romanian laws.
2. TICKET REGISTRATIONI hereby give my consent for ABplus events SRL to use for the purposes of processing complimentary or otherwise ticket registration the mandatory data and any voluntary data I provide when registering a complimentary admission ticket on registrations soft – pages(eg. Whova, Raklet, Tickettailor, Eventpro Planner), the networking platform of the events organized by ABplus events SRL. The registration form are realized on Eventpro Planner – the software for events management. Also, all the data collected through the online forms are deposited in Eventpro Planner – the software for events management.I further give my consent for the voluntary data provided. I acknowledge and accept that my data will be used for commercial purposes in accordance with this General Data Protection Regulation and Declaration of Consent and will be retained and stored for this purpose.
3. ONLINE SURVEYSI hereby give my consent for ABplus events SRL to store any voluntary information I may provide in the course of participating in an online survey. I acknowledge and accept that my data will be used for commercial purposes in accordance with this General Data Protection Regulation and Declaration of Consent and will be retained and stored for this purpose.
4. USE OF PERSONAL DATA FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSESABplus events SRL will not sell, nor give your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission. By registering at the events organized by ABplus events SRL you consent that your profile will be visible in Whova – the associated software networking platform that facilitates communication, messages and business meetings setup before, throughout and after the event.You will be able to contact and to be contacted via email by the providers and visitors present at the event that you registered for and also other partner events that will be held under the events’ umbrella. Follow-up on these invitations will be at your own discretion.I hereby give my consent for ABplus events SRL to store the following types of data as a profile for internal purposes:
- Mandatory and voluntary data collected when purchasing as shown on the registration website pages of the events organized by ABplus events SRL
- Mandatory and voluntary data collected when registering a complimentary admission ticket as well as the date of the ticket registration.
- Voluntary disclosures when participating in online surveys.
- I give consent for ABplus events SRL to analyze and use the data for the purpose of targeted advertising communications to me on relevant topics and products in connection with ABplus events SRL events and promotions.
- I consent to ABplus events SRL to contact me by SMS and by phone in relation to events for which I am purchasing a ticket or registering an expression of interest.
- I consent to ABplus events SRL to contact me by email in relation to the eventABplus events SRL organize or for which I am purchasing a ticket or registering an expression of interest.
- I furthermore consent to the mathematical and statistical analysis of my personal data for advertising purposes (scoring).
- I also give my consent for my data to be updated and supplemented with additional data.
Accordingly, I give my consent for ABplus events SRL to collect data relating to me personally from public domain sources and to store these along with my personal data that are already under the control of ABplus events SRL. I give my consent for ABplus events SRL to analyze this newly collected data together with the data already under their control and to use the same for the purpose of targeted advertising communications to me on relevant topics and products in connection with trade fairs, conferences, summits, workshops, exhibitions and/or exhibiting companies of ABplus events SRL events that might be of interest for me.
- I acknowledge that I may be photographed or filmed by ABplus events SRL’s official photographer and/or cameraman and I consent to my image being used in promotional or event related materials by ABplus events SRL.
- I also give my consent that the information I provided in the registration form found on the registration website pages of the events organized by ABplus events SRL, will be sent to the partners/exhibitors which will scan my badge with my permission, after my interaction with them at their booths/sessions, at the event I registered for. I agree that these partners/exhibitors that will scan my badge to contact me after the event.
5. PERSONAL INFORMATIONWhen personal information (e.g. name, e-mail address, work address, phone numbers, job title, company and other contact information) is provided through the ABplus events SRL events websites or directly by e-mail, you give consent to ABplus events SRL for:
Processing and administering your personal data to perform all necessary actions to give effect to your request or instructions Retaining a record of incoming and outgoing communications (e.g. email) to process your personal data as outlined in this Privacy Statement.
ABplus events SRL may also collect the following information about you:
– Information that you provide by filling in forms on our websites;
– Name and physical shipping contact and payment addresses;
– Email address and telephone numbers;
– Credit card, debit card or bank information;
– Date of birth;

RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION OR ERASUREIf ABplus events SRL holds incorrect information about you which was originally submitted by you through this website, you have the right to have the data amended. Further, you have the right to have any information you have sent to us via this website erased.

Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, ABplus events SRL cannot guarantee its absolute security in the case of a hazard. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information.ABplus events SRL reserves the right to modify this General Data Protection Regulation and Declaration of Consent at any time. Any changes will be posted on our home page and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of the changes.
9. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICYAll purchases of tickets for conferences and events are non-refundable in their entirety. Your ticket remains the property of ABplus events SRL and is a personal revocable license, which may be withdrawn, and admission refused at any time upon a refund of the printed registration price.
In the unlikely event of cancellation of a conference or even the liability of ABplus events SRL Is limited to the share of paid registration fees that remains after credit card and payment processing fees have been incurred and deducted.For transactions thru PAYPAL operator, the fees for refund are explained and will be according to https://www.paypal.com/ro/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full#r017For transactions thru STRIPE operator, the fees for refund are explained and will be according to https://stripe.com/en-roIt is strictly forbidden for any company, organization or attendee to attempt to host or organize any event in conjunction with, contiguous to or purporting to be related to the events organized by ABplus events SRL or its affiliates without the express prior permission and cooperation of ABplus events SRL.In the event of breach of these terms any tickets purchased by the organizer and their affiliates will be rendered null and void, without refund, and ABplus events SRL may also seek damages.The tickets purchased are for your own personal use or that of your business only and may not be re-sold or transferred for commercial gain under any circumstances, including but not limited to use as part of any promotion or competition. Where there has been any resale or attempted resale of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect.We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase made by any person or body whom we reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket broker.ABplus events SRL reserves the right to refuse admission to any event or conference for any behavior, which it deems unacceptable, or for breach of the terms and conditions.ABplus events SRL will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen. The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment at events and conferences is prohibited.You consent to film and sound recording as attendees at any event or conference. ABplus events SRL will not be liable for any loss injury or damage to any person or property howsoever caused (save for death or personal injury as a result of ABplus events SRL’s negligence or for any other type of liability that cannot by law be excluded or limited.)Name changes will be facilitated free of charge up to 30 days prior to the commencement of the event. 10. EVENT CANCELLATION, POSTMENT & SUBSTITUTION POLICYABplus events SRL is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of an event. ABplus events SRL shall assume no liability whatsoever in the circumstances that an event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of an event impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency.Please note that while speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, ABplus events SRL reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.Romanian law governs these terms and conditions and any dispute are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian Courts.
11. COVID 19 rulesAll the participants at SHARE events will have follow the mandatory rules for Covid 19, available on the official websitefor each country. Buy registering and buying the tickets for the event, all the attendees comply with the mandatory rules. Failure to comply, non-acceptance or non-compliance with the rules of COIVD 19, gives the organizer the right to cancel the registration / participation of persons in the event, without refunding.
