CRIBA Proiect, founded in 2012, is an architecture firm that brings together a skilled, efficient, and youthful team — recent bachelor’s and master’s graduates from the Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urbanism, the National University of Theatre and Film, and the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

The company is part of the CRIBA Group, with over 20 years of design and construction experience: CRIBA PROCONSTRUCT 1992 – CRIBA DESIGN 2004 – CRIBA CONSTRUCT 2004 – CRIBA PROIECT 2012.
CRIBA’s projects have often been selected and awarded at national professional exhibitions such as the Bucharest Architecture Annual and the National Architecture Biennial, as well as at international events, and have been published in specialist magazines (Revista Arhitectura, Arhitext, Igloo, and Statusquo).

Architecture, this disquieting embodiment of all the loves of our lives — from parents to children, to friends; from poetry to music; from geometry to drawing; from teaching to research; from architects, engineers, to doctors; from teachers to students; of all the toilers, the shapers of spaces, words, and lives; of all those who have helped us build, out of the flood of our anguish, our illnesses, and our fears, an ark of lines, spaces, and words.
Architecture, this ritual of building, of union with the sacred, of dwelling in place, a mirroring of limits / a twin sign… essence–nonessence / time–nontime / word–nonword / color–noncolor / stillness–unstillness / depth–undepth / black–nonblack / time–nontime — an eternal quest for divine time.
