
Nikoloz Lekveishvili is a Tbilisi-based architect and founder of TIMM Architecture, an award-winning practice working across architecture, urban design, and public space. He studied at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in Istanbul and received his Master’s degree from Politecnico di Milano. His work focuses on context-driven design, material clarity, and the spatial role of light and void. TIMM Architecture’s portfolio includes civic buildings, urban regeneration strategies, and contemporary reinterpretations of Georgian architectural typologies. In parallel with practice, he has taught at the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts and participated in international exhibitions, biennials, and professional forums.
