Private Signature Villa emerges from the cliffs of Jalë Bay as an extension of the Albanian landscape. Guided by the Spirit of Place and silent monumentality, its cast-in-place concrete is textured with patterns inspired by traditional Albanian embroidery. Suspended between mountain and sea, the architecture frames the Ionian horizon while allowing landscape, material and cultural memory to define its identity.
