The Grand Ring of Expo 2025 Osaka was conceived as a unifying place, bringing countries from around the world together under one structure and one sky. For six months, despite geopolitical tensions and divisions, nations gathered to share their cultures, innovations and finest achievements, creating a temporary space for dialogue, exchange and collective experience.
In March 2025, the Grand Ring of Expo 2025 Osaka was officially recognised by Guinness World Records™ as the world’s largest wooden architectural structure, covering 61,035.55 m². Beyond its record-breaking scale, it became the architectural symbol of the Expo and its “Unity in Diversity” concept.

Where the architecture community comes together to share ideas and inspiration, learn and celebrate excellence in architecture.
