15 nominated projects at the Bulgarian Architectural Awards 2021

Bulgarian Architectural Awards, organized by the Chamber of Architects Bulgaria, in partnership with SHARE Architects, is taking place for the third time on the 16th of November, as part of the international Architecture Forum SHARE Sofia 2021.

The first phase of the completion has ended and the shortlist of 15 projects has been selected by the first board of evaluators. Out of 35 registered entries, the selected projects will be further presented in front of the international grand jury.

The projects have been nominated by a special board involving representatives of architectural chambers from Romania, Cyprus, North Macedonia, Slovenia, and Albania:  Marta Ilievska (Association of Architects of Macedonia), arch. Emil Ivănescu (President Bucharest Territorial Branch of the Order of Architects), arch. Christos Christodoulou (President of the Cyprus Architects Association), arch. Tomaz Kristof (President of the Chamber of Architecture and Spatial Planning of Slovenia), and arch.Matilda Pando (Albanian Architects’ Association).
